Dear Ron,
Last spring you reconstructed our master bath, I wanted to let
you know that we were very pleased with your company. You
and all the sub-contractors were very professional and pleasant
people to work with. When I hear all the horror stories about
construction projects, I am very thankful that we chose your
company.
Construction by nature is a dirty job and can leave the home
quite dusty, but your workers and all the sub-contractors did
all they could to keep it down to a minimum.
You orchestrated the job completely and never a day came when
the job site sat idle. The job always moved forward and if a
problem arose (as they usually do), it was met with honesty and
was soon over come. Your estimates on the time for the job to
be complete was exact without any delays or non-productive days.
The plasterers and the plumbers you sent over were equally
professional and courteous. They introduced themselves when they
entered my home, told me what they did, and what their plans
were for the day. This made it a lot nicer than having a bunch
of strangers roaming around your home. They were all very
friendly.
Last but not least the cost bid was right on the money. We were
told up front what the entire job would cost, how long it would
take, and when it would start. NO SURPRISES!!! We liked that a
lot.
We are most pleased with you, your company, and your choice of
sub-contractors. We would and have recommended Briddell
Construction to all our friends and anyone else who would listen
to a very positive construction tale. Please feel free to give
our name, address, or phone number to any prospective clients.
We will talk their ears off on how happy we are. We are almost
looking forward to our next big reconstruction job, so that we
can deal with you again.

Ron,
We are writing to thank you and your company for the work
(installation of deck and removal of wall) recently performed
on our home at 1600 Waverly. The 12 X 12 deck gives us another
living space that we have already put to use numerous times. In
addition, your suggestion to remove the wall between the dining
room and living room proved to be a good one. It makes that
portion of the house feel significantly larger and greatly
increased the amount of natural light in the kitchen.
We will not hesitate to hire Briddell Construction for any
future rennovations.

To Whom It May Concern:
Briddell Construction Company was retained to do a complete
remodel of our 2 bathroom areas, which included the Guest Bath
and the Master Bath. Three companies made bids on the project.
Briddell was neither the highest bidder, nor the lowest.
The project involved a complete demolition of the two bathrooms
and was "recreated" to include 2 relocated toilets, 2 relocated
vanity/lavatories, and a tub "reglazing" w/ a new shower
enclosure, a new garden tub in the master bath, and a shower
installation of new tile flooring.
Almost every trade involved: demolition, plumbing, electrical,
drywall, floor tile, glass and mirror installation, glazing and
carpentry, and marble cutting and installation.
Briddell Construction performed the work in an acceptable
manner, on budget and in a timely fashion. All the trade's
people were courteous, considerable and professional.
It is my intent to have additional home improvements in the
future. Briddell Construction will most certainly be considered
as the contractor.

Dear Ron,
Kay and I want to express our sincere thanks for the excellent
job you and your staff did with our basement. The workmanship
was excellent. It really looks great.
We're particularly happy that you did everything we asked, and
we know sometimes we were very demanding. Home owners can a
problem for you guys, and I hope we weren't.
You handled all our complaints and/or questions professionally,
and were honest and upfront about everything.
Once again, thanks, and if and when we have more work in the
future, we'll call Ron Briddell.

Dear Ron,
Just a note to say thanks. We truely feel that you have helped
us to realize a dream. We have a new home at our old address.
Our project, which was diversified, required considerations and
knowledge in a wide range of the building skills and you handled
all of the details expertly. Before we started our project we
told you that we wanted an addition to the house that looked
like it was a natural part of the house - - no just an add on.
We wanted everything to be tied together and that it must look
good from the outside as well as function from the inside. You
achieved that goal. We now have our long awaited sun room, an
expanded dinning room, a modern well lighted kitchen, new windows
throughout the house, new siding and gutters, and a new roof.
You also provided the expertise to take care of other problems
in our older home. Things such as repairing a crack in the
basement foundation, reparing the gable at the front of the
house, correcting drainage problems around the outside of the
house, installing a new septic system, and having brick columns
put on our front porch.
You and your staff did quality work. You were always available
to listen to our comments and concerns, and took action when it
was necessary. You took the time to anwser our 10,000 questions.
When it was necessary to have additional skills you provided
superior craftsman and you insured that everyone who worked on
our project understood our desires and goals. Everyone from the
electricians, to the roofer, the plasters, the masons, the painters,
the excavator, and the specialists for the siding and the gutters,
all did quality work and we are exteremly pleased with the results.
Please pass on to these fine people our sincere thanks.
We would be more pleased to recommend you and your staff to
anyone who is considering repairs, improvements, or new
construction.
Thanks again!

Dear Ron,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the fine
cooperation you gave me during our office remodeling.
When we first spoke, I mentioned 1 that the work had to be done
in three stages so that we would not have to close our practice
during the remodeling. You scheduled the work, even working some
Saturdays and Sundays, so that we did not lose a single day from our
practice.
We thought we would be able to install our new optical display
furniture. When it arrived we realized we could not do it. You
and Art pitched right in and got it installed in a day. It
required professional wiring. You arranged for an electrician to
come in immediately and take care of it.
I could not have had better cooperation. You did a great job.

Dear Ron,
On behalf of the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis,
I would like to thank you for serving as a judge during our recent
Home Awards competition. Out-of-town judges provide the objectivity
we need to run a fair competition. If you have any feedback as
how we might improve the judging process, please call me at
[omitted].
I appreciate you taking time out of your busy schedule to come to
St. Louis and help with our program. I hope you enjoyed the day
and will even consider coming back next year. Thank you again for
helping!
Best wishes.

Ron,
I just wanted to thank you for the work you completed at my
house. It was very refreshing to work with someone who approaches
his work in a professional manner. You were always accessible,
returned telephone calls promptly and kept me informed of your
progress on the project.
My wife and I are very pleased with both the game room and the
office. In addition, I appreciate you taking on the additional
responsibility coordinating the installation of our new roof.
The timely manner in which the roof was complete was impressive
given the timetables I received from the other bidding companies.
Again, I want to thank you and let you know that I will not
hesitate to call you in the future, if needed.

Dear Ron,
We just want to say thanks for a job well done! What started out
as a difficult repair, that few contractors even wanted to bid,
became a wonderful improvement over what we began with.
You always kept in touch with us regarding the jobs progress, and
dealt with a lagging insurance company on top of everything else.
Your professionalism and neatness were much appreciated. Thanks
again and hope to see you sometime soon on future projects.

We are very impressed with the high quality of work you did for us.

Dear Ron,
Rich and I want to "THANK YOU" very much for the beautiful job
you and your men accomplished in a month's time. Bridell Construction
made a fourth of our dull basement into a beautiful, usuable
office space.
From the time of our 1st on time appointment, (which a lot of
times contractors do not keep) up to end of the job, all that
we discussed happened as agreed upon and on time.
We also appreciate the continous clean up done as the work was
being done. I look forward to when we will be able to finish
the other side of the basement to have a family room. Our first
call will be to you, Ron, to do the work.
THANKS AGAIN FOR A GREAT JOB!!
Sincerely,
Sharon
